Anaheim is the far edge of our delivery zone and the biggest city in it. We cook Monday morning on a red oak fire in downtown Santa Ana, and on Tuesday a cooler of your boxes rides up Harbor Boulevard to your door — whether that is a Platinum Triangle apartment, a shop in Anaheim Canyon or a house in the Colony.
Why Anaheim orders from Santa Ana
Anaheim has more meal prep pickup points than any city in Orange County and almost no meal prep kitchens. The national boxes park a fridge at a gym; the marketplace cooks work out of home kitchens in other counties. What arrives in Anaheim was usually cooked days earlier and a long drive away.
Ours is cooked Monday morning, about eight miles from Anaheim City Hall, chilled the same day and delivered Tuesday. It has been in a fridge for less than twenty-four hours when you get it. Nothing is frozen, nothing is reheated on our end, and every meal is weighed on a portion scale before the lid goes on.
The other reason to buy from us is the band. Every meal is 50–60 g of protein and 400–600 calories and the number is printed on the box. Nobody else delivering to Anaheim publishes a guaranteed range, which is why trainers in the Platinum Triangle gyms send clients to us.

How delivery works
Order and pay by 6 PM Saturday. Put your Anaheim address in the delivery box at checkout, or text it to (714) 260-3696. On Tuesday we text you before we leave Santa Ana and again when the cooler is at your door. Boxes are packed cold and will hold in a porch cooler or a lobby fridge for hours.
What it costs
$10 flat on the whole order, not per box. If you and a roommate order twenty meals to one address, it is still $10. A ten-meal box delivered in Anaheim lands at $13 a meal before tax; a first box at $10 a meal.

The truck sits at 4th & Sycamore in downtown Santa Ana, about 15 minutes down Harbor or the 5 from the Colony. Pickup is free, Tuesdays 8 AM to 2 PM. If you already commute toward the Civic Center or the courthouse, pickup is the cheaper move.

Gyms, trainers and offices in Anaheim
If you train at a box in Anaheim Canyon or one of the strength gyms off La Palma, ask the owner about a standing Tuesday drop. We bring one cooler at a set hour, members who pre-ordered take their boxes, we leave. The gym hosts no fridge, stocks nothing and handles no money. Hotels and offices in the Resort district can do the same for staff.
