Garden Grove is a straight shot west of our kitchen down 1st Street or Garden Grove Boulevard. We cook Monday morning at 4th and Sycamore, and on Tuesday your boxes come to you — the Boulevard, West Garden Grove, the Harbor hotel row or the streets off Brookhurst — for a flat $10.

Why Garden Grove orders from Santa Ana

Garden Grove eats well and cooks at home more than most cities in the county, which is exactly why meal prep has never really landed here: the boxes that reach it are bland, frozen, and cooked somewhere far away. We would rather be the exception than argue with that.

Ours is cooked Monday morning about five miles east, on a red oak fire, from scratch, with the salsa sealed in its own cup so it never sits on the protein. It is chilled the same day and delivered Tuesday, so it has never been frozen and has been in a fridge for less than a day when it reaches you.

The part we are strict about is the band. Every meal is 50–60 g of protein and 400–600 calories, weighed on a scale at the station and printed on the lid. Whether you are training, cutting, or just trying to eat the same thing at your desk every day, the number on the box is the number in the box.

How delivery works

Order and pay by 6 PM Saturday, put your Garden Grove address in the delivery box or text it to (714) 260-3696. Tuesday we text you a window and again at your door. Working a hotel or restaurant shift on Harbor? We can drop at a back entrance with your name on the box.

What it costs

$10 flat per order, not per box. A ten-meal box delivered in Garden Grove lands at $13 a meal before tax, a first box at $10. Split an order with someone on your street and the fee is $5 each.

The truck is at 401 N Sycamore St in downtown Santa Ana, about 15 minutes east on 1st Street or Garden Grove Boulevard. Pickup is free, Tuesdays 8 AM to 2 PM. East Garden Grove is close enough that many customers just drive over.

Gyms, trainers and offices in Garden Grove

Garden Grove has more small martial arts, boxing and strength gyms than chains, and those are the rooms where one owner can say yes. If you run or train at one, ask about a standing Tuesday drop: one cooler, one hour, members who pre-ordered take their boxes and we leave. Nothing to host, nothing to stock, no money for the gym to handle.

Garden Grove questions

Do you deliver to West Garden Grove, out past Valley View?

Yes. West Garden Grove is inside the $10 zone. It is the far west edge of the Tuesday route, so we usually reach it later in the day — tell us if you need it early and we will route you first.

Do you deliver to the Harbor Boulevard hotels?

To staff, yes: give us the hotel, your name and a back-of-house or employee entrance and we will drop there. For guests we deliver to the front desk with a name on the box if the hotel allows it; ask them first.

Is Westminster or Little Saigon in the delivery zone?

The Garden Grove side of the border is. Westminster itself is just outside the $10 zone; if you are within a few blocks of it, text the address and we will usually make it work, especially alongside a Garden Grove order.

How does it hold up in the fridge?

Five full days, use by Saturday. The menu is built for the fifth day: no lettuce, no avocado, nothing that goes to paste when reheated, and the salsa is sealed separately so it never soaks the protein.

Is the tax different for a Garden Grove delivery?

No. Checkout charges 9.25% based on our Santa Ana kitchen wherever the box is going. All prices on the site are before that tax.

Can a family order more than one box?

Yes. Put twenty or thirty meals in one order to one address and it is still one $10 delivery. Several Garden Grove households split a box between two people during the week.
