The City of Orange is our closest neighbour. Our kitchen at 4th and Sycamore is three miles from the Plaza, which makes Orange the one city where $10 delivery and free pickup are both an easy call — and why our first standing gym drops are on Eckhoff Street.
Why Orange orders from Santa Ana
Orange has a lot of people who track what they eat — the Chapman crowd, the nurses and residents around St. Joseph, CHOC and UCI Medical Center, the powerlifters and CrossFitters clustered along Eckhoff and Batavia. What it does not have is a meal prep kitchen. Everything sold as "meal prep in Orange" is cooked somewhere else and driven in.
Ours is cooked Monday morning three miles away on a red oak fire, portioned on a scale and chilled the same day. On Tuesday it is either in a cooler on your porch or waiting at the truck window. It is the shortest distance between a kitchen and your fridge of any service that reaches Orange.
And every meal is inside the band: 50–60 g of protein, 400–600 calories, printed on the lid, weighed at the station. If you are writing a cut for a client or counting for yourself, the box does the math.

How delivery works
Order and pay by 6 PM Saturday, put your Orange address in the delivery box or text it to (714) 260-3696. Tuesday we text a window, then text again at your door. Hospital shift? Tell us the unit and we will drop at a staff entrance with your name on the box.
What it costs
$10 flat per order, however many boxes. A ten-meal box delivered in Orange is $13 a meal before tax. Because we are so close, Orange is also the city where two or three neighbours ordering to one porch makes the fee almost disappear.

The truck is at 401 N Sycamore St in downtown Santa Ana, about 10 minutes down Main or Glassell from the Plaza. Pickup is free, Tuesdays 8 AM to 2 PM, at the window, name on the order.

Gyms, trainers and offices in Orange
West Orange has more owner-operated strength gyms per block than anywhere else in North OC, and two of them sit on the same street. If you coach or train at one, ask about a standing Tuesday drop: one cooler, one hour, members who pre-ordered take their boxes and we leave. Nothing for the gym to host or handle. The printed band is the part coaches use — prescribe a number of meals, not a number of grams.
